Food Vendor Application
Arlington SkyFest – Saturday August 16, 2025


Complete application is due by April 2025.

Booth Fee: $225. Fee is based on self-contained trucks or basic tent set ups.

You may send a check with the application, or we will send you an online invoice link to make payment via credit or debit card once your application is accepted. Payment is due 10 days after invoicing.

Hours of Operation:
SATURDAY AUGUST 16. Gates open to the public at 1 PM. You should be in place and ready to serve at that time. Show closes approx. 10 PM and you should serve until at least 8:30 PM. You may stay open later if you choose. All service closes at 10 PM. If you plan to serve after sunset you must have lighting. You are responsible for your own ice, refrigeration needs and grease barrels.

I will supply a $1,000,000 insurance liability binder, naming the Arlington SkyFest and City of Arlington as additional insured within 30 days of application. **Failure to comply may jeopardize your space**
My Food Booth complies with Fire Marshall Code for Snohomish County.
We will meet all Snohomish County Health Department regulations and licensing.

Terms and Conditions

HOURS OF OPERATION
Food Vendor hereinafter referred to as “LICENSEE”, shall occupy and use the assigned space during the Arlington SkyFest August 16, 2025. Required hours of operation are 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM

SET-UP / TEAR DOWN
LICENSEE may begin setting up as early 8 AM August 16

OPERATION TERMS LICENSEE shall:
(a) Comply with all federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to laws relating to safety, sanitation & health. (b) Report and pay all federal, state & local taxes due as a result of operation under this agreement. (c) Not use any sound amplifying device. (d) Restrict all activities and advertising matter to the space assigned. (e) Post in a conspicuous place a professional quality placard showing menus and prices of all items. (f) Place all garbage and debris in plastic bags. (g) Maintain area at all times. (h) Use only fire-resistant materials for decorating. Display in food space a fire extinguisher with a current inspection certificate attached. (I ) Remain within the assigned space allowed (j) Abide by all conditions, rule & regulations, written or oral, made by SkyFest at any time. All future written or oral conditions, rule & regulations shall become a part of this contract as now published. (k) Promptly close any concession which in the sole discretion of the SkyFest Manager is inappropriate, or hazardous or in violation of this agreement. (m) LICENSEE must provide for the acquisition of and disposal of grease barrels

INSURANCE
LICENSEE must provide a copy of their liability insurance to the SkyFest no later than 30 days after application is made and accepted. The Arlington SkyFest and the City of Arlington will be named as additional insured. Minimum liability $1,000,000.

HOLD HARMLESS
LICENSEE shall protect, save harmless, indemnify and defend at its own expense, SkyFest and the City of Arlington, its elected and appointed officials and agents from any loss or claim for damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or suffered, directly or indirectly, in connection with this agreement or LICENSEE’s use of the premises, including claims by LICENSEE’s employees or third parties, except for those damages solely caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of SkyFest, and the City of Arlington, its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees or agents.

HEALTH PERMITS
Health permits must be obtained from the proper authority.

ALTERATIONS
LICENSEE shall make no alterations to the size and placement of food booth without permission of the SkyFest Facilities Manager.

SECURITY
Your booth and contents remain YOUR responsibility. We do not recommend valuables be left overnight or unattended.

OFFICIAL LOGO
This contract does not allow any vendor to use the official logo or trademark of the Arlington SkyFest. A specific request must be made by any vendor desiring to use the logo in the LICENSEE’s booth.

SUBLETTING PROHIBITED
LICENSEE shall not sublet or assign any privilege or portion of the space covered by this agreement.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If LICENSEE provided SkyFest with written notice of LICENSEE’s intent to cancel this agreement more than sixty (60) days before the event, SkyFest will cancel this agreement and refund 75% of any advance payments. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER THE SIXTY (60) DAY DEADLINE.

TERMINATION BY SKYFEST
Arlington SkyFest may terminate this agreement and the privilege granted by it (a) at any time SkyFest in its sole discretion determines a need for the premises which is inconsistent with use and occupancy by LICENSEE. In this event, SkyFest sole liability to LICENSEE shall be limited to refund of a share of any advance payments in proportion to the period of use and occupancy realized as against the original license term or (b) Upon violation of any term or condition of this agreement by LICENSEE. In this event termination shall occur immediately upon notice to LICENSEE. SkyFest may retain any advance payment and may pursue other legal remedies.
